Week 2

This week we finally started our actually classes. We have lectures from 8-noon. then we get an hour break for lunch. There are a few food stands on campus and a few locals set up shop across the street from campus and sell food as well. I have been utilizing the trucks across the street for lunch most days. Its the best deal i have found on the island so far. It cost 10EC(~3.75USD) for a large plate of food. One meat with two sides. Since this was our first week we had the afternoons off. However, I have spend on average about 5 hours a day in the library reviewing and studying the material. It has been overwhelming so far with the amounts of material we have been presented even in the first week. I am finally starting to settle into the lifestyle on the island. This week we start our full schedule which will include some classes in the afternoon as well. I am looking forward to seeing how fast paced the material comes now that we are getting into the good stuff. Until next time
